- World Class Peat
- Humic Acid
- It has been long recognised that humic acids have many beneficial effects on soils (or growing media) and consequently on plant growth.
- Humic acids may be at least partially responsible for buffering activity in peats (and indeed soils).
- Humic acids in H2 – H3 peats are of the order of 4 – 8% while H5 – H6 peats are of the order of 18 -24%.
